General Information
All work is carried out by qualified mechanics at our Caboolture workshop. We take pride in doing the job properly and safely every time. Prices, quotes and estimates provided are valid for a limited time and may vary based on parts, availability or additional labour required once a full inspection is complete.
Transparency and Fair Pricing
We aim to provide accurate quotes upfront. If any additional work is required, we’ll always discuss it with you first before going ahead.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, email or through our website contact form. We understand that plans change, so if you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
Deposits and Late Changes
For major upgrades or performance builds, a deposit may be required to secure parts or workshop time. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after parts have been ordered.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept EFTPOS, credit card and direct transfer. All parts remain the property of Caboolture Automotive 4x4 & Performance until payment has been received in full.
Warranty and Liability
All new parts and labour come with a standard warranty in line with manufacturer guidelines. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, racing use or modifications performed elsewhere that affect performance or safety.
